NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 726 6th St., Brookings, South Dakota, shall be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at 11:00 in Thorburn Hall.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to:

• Receive the annual reports concerning the life of the parish during 2023.

• To elect members to the Vestry based on vacancies.

• To elect a Senior Warden and a Junior Warden.

• To elect delegates and alternate(s) to attend the annual Diocesan Convention.

• To adopt a budget for 2024.

• To conduct all business deemed appropriate by the membership of the parish.
